NOVA Education Consultants was founded by a group of educator consultants who saw the need for impactful school services and the lack of an equitable model that served educators and schools well. They envisioned an organization that partnered with schools and educators in a meaningful way to deliver an exceptional experience.

NOVA Education Consultants is a first-of-its-kind education cooperative that helps students and families meet their goals.
With a vast network of experienced providers and a process tailored to the needs of our clients, we partner with you to meet every challenge that comes with providing an outstanding education to students PK-transition age.
Our Model
With an emphasis on transparency and outcomes, we’re able to attract top-notch educator consultants and deliver outstanding service to our clients. This means better outcomes for students, staff, and schools. We care about our educator consultants, our clients, and our community.
Operating as a cooperative means we’re owned and operated by our member consultants and overseen by a volunteer board of directors. NOVA handles business details for our consultants, donates 5 percent of net profits to charity, and divides remaining profit among our members. Investing in our consultants and our community is a win-win. New members with proven skills and experience are always welcome. Active members can nominate potential members, who are then approved by the board of directors.
